    Manitou Cliff Dwellings

    Overlooking the town of Manitou Springs, Manitou Cliff Dwellings is a place where visitors can engage in Native American culture. Authentic ruins dating back to 1100 to 1300 A.D. are located at this historic site, and every summer native dancers perform traditional dances. Two museums are also located on the premises, both featuring cultural displays of prehistoric Southwestern artifacts.

    Miramont Castle

    Miramont Castle features nine different styles of architecture from Byzantine to English Tudor and currently operates as a museum. Built in 1890s as a private home for Father Jean Baptist Francolon, a Roman Catholic priest, the castle is located off Ruxton Avenue near the Pike's Peak Cog Railway. Please note the castle is closed Mondays. High tea is served Tuesday, Friday and Saturday afternoons and reservations are necessary at least 24 hours in advance.
